I had the opportunity to work with Austin on the music broadcasting app On Air. His focus, determination, and collaborative nature soon became evident. From the onset of the project, Austin took the initiative to enhance productivity by setting up tabs for tasks yet to be completed, in progress tasks and completed tasks on trello.com. Each individual in the group subsequently assumed a task and tracked it according to the completion status. This proved so effective that the approach was implemented by other app development teams. The On-Air app required implementation of the multipeer connectivity network, a framework that no on in the group had prior experience working with. Upon completion of his work, Austin invested the time to learn the framework so he could assist other teammates with bugs. Throughout the project and largely our time at Dev Mountain, Austin's sense of humor and congenial attitude was an integral part of a collaborative and enjoyable group dynamic. He would be a vital asset to any development team.
